I have no medical training nor do I specialize in any kind of personal fitness. This blog is designed to help me keep track of my attempts to get healthy and I welcome any constructive advice along the way.

I do not expect to get things right at the beginning as I have no time to do much research, I am just finding my way. I hope to learn as I go, see results (if not, I will know I am way off track), and have fun too.
