  1. It’s amazing that when I used to think of diet foods or food that helps you lose weight, it was usually foods that I’d never think about eating. However, the foods you list are basic everyday foods, and delicious to boot!

  2. Mmmm, I could live on blueberries, yogurt, and eggs! It must be the ice cream, bacon, and evening beer that counteract the good fat burning stuff in my diet! 🙂

    • Ha ha… I also have those same roadblocks at times. I’m an evening wine person, and I know a glass a day is okay (oh yes it is!!!) But it does have calories that don’t help the waistline too much 🙂
